AI literacy is a legal duty for employers

Article 4 of the European AI Act has applied since 2 February 2025. Every organisation that uses AI has to take measures to support the AI literacy of its people. That includes a small business working with Claude.

Since the amendment of July 2026, nobody has to guarantee a specific level, and according to the European Commission no certificate is needed. An internal record of the training people have followed is enough. National market surveillance authorities have been supervising the rules since 2 August 2026.

Training your people is one of those measures. The EU AI Act course explains in plain language what the law asks of your organisation. It is not legal advice, but it is a solid foundation.

Everything you want to know before you start

Do I need to be technical?

No. The course starts from zero and explains every technical term. If you can write an email, you can follow along. The more technical parts, such as Claude Code, are built up step by step.

What do I need myself?

A computer and your own Claude account. For some of the courses, such as Cowork and Claude Code, you need a paid subscription with Anthropic. That subscription is not included in our price.

How much time does it take?

You go at your own pace, with no fixed class times. Every lesson comes with an assignment on your own work, so you decide how fast you move on.

How do I get access?

Right after payment you create your account and can start straight away. The details are in our terms and conditions and privacy policy, currently available in Dutch.

What is the strategy session?

If you buy the course by 31 October 2026, you also get a personal online strategy session with AIscienda, worth €1,999. We look at your work or business and map out together the first AI applications that will bring you the most. You schedule the session after your purchase.

What language are the lessons in?

The lessons, assignments and exams are currently in Dutch. The English version is being produced, and you get it at no extra cost as soon as it is online. We cannot give a date yet.

What is the certificate worth?

For every course you take an exam and download a certificate from AIscienda. It is not a state-recognised diploma. According to the European Commission, Article 4 of the AI Act does not require a certificate, but it does help as part of your record of training.

Do you promise I will make money with this?

No. The course on the fifty ways shows which services exist and how to deliver them. What you earn depends on you, your market and your clients. We do not quote amounts or averages.

Is there coaching or a community?

No. It is a self-study online course, with no live classes, group or coaching. If something goes wrong with your access, we help you by email.

Can I buy this for my team?

Each access is personal and sold per person. If you want several people to start, email us at wisdom@aiscienda.be.

Will the course stay up to date?

Claude changes fast. The updates we make and the courses we add later are included in your access.
